Title: You Should Always Help Cynthia Navarro
Description: In early 2000 (yes, over twenty years ago), Cynthia asked for the help of Greg Crabb in the investigation of intellectual property crimes sourced to Eastern Europe. Cynthia’s request set him on a journey throughout Eastern Europe investigating the origins of organized cybercrime. He was often asked, “Mr. Gregory Crabb, are you professional?” Of course, Greg was a professional US law enforcement officer - a United States Postal Inspector. But, the source of their question was whether he was a spy. Greg will share a glimpse into key lessons he learned on this journey, including lessons from the Russian FSB and how those lessons translate into protecting US critical infrastructure and your organization. On the quest to support Cynthia, Greg uncovered the secrets necessary to protect over 45% of the ballots in the 2020 US presidential election.
