Presentation:  The cybercriminal underground is home to sophisticated collaboration between threat actors. In this talk, we discuss passive cyber intelligence methods and approaches to discover and profile local and global actors through their publications, messages, listings and credentials on the "dark web" to better understand the scope of their tactics, techniques and procedures.
