Presenter: Gerard Laygui, Cyber Operations Branch Chief for California Governor's Office of Emergency Services will be presenting.

Presenter Bio: Gerard Laygui is the Cyber Operations Branch Chief for California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, where he manages the Cyber Incident Response Team that provides cyber threat detection, reporting, and Digital Forensic Incident Response (DFIR) in coordination with public and private entities across the state. In his role, Gerald assists law enforcement agencies with primary jurisdiction for cyber-related criminal investigations and agencies responsible for advancing information security within state government. In addition, Gerald manages the daily operations of the California Cyber Security Integration Center (Cal-CSIC) Operations Branch. He has extensive knowledge of information security, and his record of achievements demonstrates his success in leading, managing, and delivering security solutions.

The in-person part of this hybrid meeting will be held at the California DOJ Bureau of Gambling Control conference room at

You can access the building at the east side entrance (windows are blacked out on the room, on Del Paso Rd side of building).  You can park anywhere you’d like on the east or south side of the building (open parking lot).
