Presenter name: Aron Feuer - CEO, Chief Executive Optimist, of Valencia Risk

Presenter Bio:  Aron is formally trained as a behavioural scientist, and a stockbroker by trade, he started hacking in 1998. His first company sold to Big Accounting in 2012.  Aron’s work includes critical infrastructure, public sector, fortune firms and national retailers.  He has responded to hacks by Anonymous, lead classified cybersecurity programs, and run hundreds of cybersecurity projects.  He is co-chair of Algonquin College’s cybersecurity advisory committee, a board member of the Roberts Smart Centre for Children, and the co-author of "Canadian Privacy - Data Protection Law and Privacy".

Presentation Description:  In this high-energy and participative talk, Aron will talk about how to avoid investigations by investing in effective cybersecurity practices. This talk will be appropriate for a general audience that is tech-savvy, but not hyper-focused on cybersecurity as a domain of practice.   

As part of his talk, Aron will touch on and introduce:
- The key practices across people, governance, and technology to reduce ransomware attacks
- The influence of AI on Cybersecurity
- How modern Cybersecurity tools are employing AI for risk management and prevention
- Frameworks for building privacy and cybersecurity programs (Public and Private Sector)
