Our digital platforms and freedom of expression are being weaponized as tools of information warfare. How can we defend ourselves? This workshop will use cases studies to illustrate how experts use OSINT and other techniques to identify disinformation / Briefly describe the CHAOS framework Dr. Bilyana Lilly introduced in her book Russian Information Warfare / Issue-spot using a real-world example / Arm participants with some digital self-defense tools.
